REFUND POLICY
At Butter’d Up Cosmetics, we value your satisfaction and trust in the quality of our products. However, we recognize that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In such cases, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances for damaged (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels:
Damaged Parcels
- Inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
- Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and details of the affected items.
- Upon verifying your claim, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent or issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) if a replacement is unavailable.
Lost Parcels
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
- An investigation will be initiated immediately.
- If the parcel remains unfound within 5 working days of our notification, we will issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.
Exclusions
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
- Change of mind purchases.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or wear and tear.
- Incorrect address details were provided at checkout.
- Unclaimed parcels.
Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
• Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
